Group Fitness Trainer
I have been teaching group fitness for 20 years and worked as a personal trainer. My passion is to help people move through life with greater ease, feeling healthier and having more energy. Thus, I tend to focus on functional exercises. I like to meet people where they are on their journey for a healthier lifestyle and help them realize practical and realistic goals for themselves. I have taught fitness to ages teens to seniors, and venues such as strength conditioning, cycling and water fitness. I am also a licensed therapist and like to incorporate the benefits of addressing ourselves holistically. I’m a busy mother of four and like to spend “me” time running, kayaking, doing anything outside and being with my family and dogs (and cats when they let me)!
This class is for all levels with the intention of increasing strength, flexibility, and balance using a variety of exercises utilizing body weight and light resistance bands. Participants will decrease the likelihood of injury, improve their core and balance strength, and increase energy. This class will highlight the benefits of keeping our bodies active and cultivate mind-body awareness. Each class will end with a different mindfulness/relaxation exercise to leave you feeling re-energized!
Fridays, October 12th, 19th, 26th, and November 2nd
9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
$80 for FOUR 1 hour sessions held once per week.
What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat. Resistance bands will be supplied.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event of low attendance, Southeast Wellness, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event and you will receive a full refund.
We offer a full refund up to 5 days prior to the start date and a 50% refund within 5 days of the start date. The purchase is for four sessions, and therefore, no refund will be given if all classes are not attended.
