Getting Started
If you are ready to initiate counseling for yourself or child, call us (704-770-8049) or fill out our contact form to get in touch with the administrative staff. We will collect your insurance information, preferred days and times, topic of concern and connect you with the best fit therapist. The therapist will call or email to schedule the first appointment with you.
We will call your insurance company and verify your mental health benefits and send two emails to you. The first email will show your quoted insurance benefits along with a confirmation date and time of the first appointment. The second email will invite you to create a client portal in order to fill out the initial paperwork. This portal and paperwork MUST be completed before you can attend the first session.

If we do not contract with your insurance company, your policy may offer out-of-network benefits. Our staff will be happy to call and inquire on your behalf. If you do not have insurance benefits, talk with our staff to learn more about our self-pay option.
